Press the "Go Advanced" button below the box you type in
Scroll down the page and you will see manage attachments - press that
Browse - select your photo
upload
Press the attchment button (Paperclip next to the smiley) and select the pic you just uploaded

You will have to do that in your photo editing program, if you haven't got one a free one is available from irfanview
