The auction for the house has come to an end and I don't know if he got up to the reserve price or not. If not then the 'winner' won't have to buy it anyway but I can't see the sense in bidding for a property you haven't seen. Even getting an average of house prices in this area would be very misleading as there is such a difference.

Just had to view this wonderful bargain. WOW!!! You would get a suntan whenever the sun shined (is that 6 or 7 days a year in Accie?)
Through the upstairs window from the street you can view the stars or clouds depending on the time of day. If you hear of anyone selling roof tiles on the cheap, please ask them to return them as some poor idiot has bought the house with no roof! |
