I got an ipod from argos in the end after loads of hassle with ebay. For anyone else wanting one I wouldn't recommend going to ebay just pay a little extra and you don't have to mess around.

The above website looks interesting but the terminology is quite inaccesable to new ipod owners. Have you downloaded any of this software onto yours? It looks a little risky to me.

Yep, I'm running it on my 20Gig 4th Gen iPod. Very 'kewl'

There are advantages e.g. they are working on Ogg support. Extra games etc. If you follow the instructions carefully there are no problems. If you do mess it up it is quite easy to reset your ipod via the built in diagnostics and the Apple firmware restore utility.
