Dead or alive.

Which five people would you invite to your ideal dinner party? They could be dead or alive.

Mine would be-

1/ Oscar Wilde, well I relish competition.
2/Barbra Castle, because she was at the centre of an interesting time in politics, and wasn't afraid to speak her mind.
3/Alan Bennet, so Barbra would have someone else from Yorkshire to talk to.
4/Prince William, because I'm nosey, and it would be interesting to see what he was really like, plus I might be able to convert him to republicanism.
5/Jackie Kennedy, because she had substance as well as style.

i wont actualy go to the party my self due to the 300 lbs of semtex strapped underneath the dining table :D

Hayley Mills – Same reason as Anne.

Gordon Smith – Medium “Living” and Doris Stokes – Medium “Deceased” One of then knows the truth, whatever that may be.

Billy Connolly – Fantastic after dinner speaker and all round funny man.

William Shakespeare – I’d like to know where he got is information from.

What did Jimmy Somerville do to upset you???

I know he used to sing high. Did you have a dog that ran away after you played a Bronski Beat record?

Gosh limiting it to 5 is very difficult.

Could I have another dinner party later and invite some more?

Richard III - because I'd like to know what he was really like as opposed to the image handed down by Shakespeare.
William Shakespeare - so he can apologise to Richard III.
Mohammed - in order to clarify who may or may not be misinterpreting what he said.
Mother Theresa - to show us how to be serene.
Alice Cooper - maybe he could bring the odd snake.
