As if to prove that the young do not have a monopoly on stupidity, it is half past one in the afternoon and I have just returned home from seeing in the New Year....aaaarrrgghhhhh! Gasp! Groan....! My head hurts. I cannot remember how much I had to drink, but if the military tattoo going on in my head is any indication it must have been quite a lot. Thank god I do not have to work today. You would think that at my age, I would know better...ha ha! Think again!

Did anyone else go to the British Legion Club in Rishton last night? Wasn't the act rubbish! How he had the nerve to charge £700 for that is beyond me. Imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery but, if anyone attempted to imitate me in the same manner I think I would be perfectly justified in feeling grossly offended.

I need to sleep!

My head is recovering nicely now but I still have painful memories of this morning when I felt like someone had kicked me in the head, poo'd in my mouth and nicked all my money........Happy New Year eh!!!!:D
