The head of any organisation always has an assistant or vice or deputy so that should the top person no longer be able to carry out his/her duties the assistant, vice or deputy would take over.

Two Jags is Deputy PM so what’s all this talk about the Chancellor taking over as PM when President Blair steps down? Sorry I mean PM Blair. It’s just that we have got so used to hearing INSTRUCTIONS being issued from Downing Street that to all intents and purposes we have a President.

The only legitimate way that Gordon Brown can become PM is for Blair to sack Two Jags as deputy PM and install Brown in his place first.

He might step down forcing a leadership contest, which considering what John Prescott can give should be easy for the Fifer to win.

John Prescott is corrupt, fat,incoherent, incompetent,aggressive and retarded. At a guess,I would say that 98% of the population of this country is more qualified to be Prime Minister than that foolish oaf. However, I would have to place Gordon Brown in the other 2%.
