Get the little f@@kers attention then say.............

" I am here to shop IN shops, I don't want insurance, gas, electric, PAYG mobile phones, pictures of my brats or anything else you weirdo's may stop me for today while I shop"..................

This way, they will recognise you when you leave a shop and will NOT Bother you again :D

actualy you could smoke where teh open air cafe was and they have not yet declared that particular area is now non smoking :)
