8 wks is nowt , he should of got life he knew wot type of dog he had! proberly knew it could be dangerous and he put his niece in that situation. i say give him life and throw away the key!!!!!!!

Although this convicted drug dealer and general scum of the earth has been jailed, let's not forget that the poor child's parents chose to leave their daughter at her Grandmother's house, knowing this moron and his dog was living there as well.

Dont forget he wont serve the full 8 weeks either with remission say about half 4 - 6weeks dependant:( oopps already said but its ludicrous is the sentencing system

Apparently the sentence is just for owning a dog he should have had put down - the fact that it went on to kill a child isn't taken into the equation. In my opinion it should be.

Isn't it amazing how we all know more about what goes on in a situation that the people who actually conduct the investigation?
I don't suppose Ellie's parents believed they were leaving their child where she would be on her own with a dangerous dog - but then again I don't know either. They might have said, "well it won't do it again will it?" |
