Re: The bridgewater hall - manchester
Oh thats easy. Come off the M60 at J19 take the 3rd exit on the roundabout, towards Heaton Park (signposted Manchester City Centre) follow the signs to the city centre (you will go through Cheetham Hill) you will eventually come to the M.E.N, Follow signs for G-Mex, its across the road from the G-Mex. Or get onto Deansgate (if you know where that is, its right at the bottom of Deansgate)
Keep the Beetham Tower in your sights, its across the road from that. Theres loads of parking around Bridgewater Hall. This is how I would do it, but I know Manchester very well so maybe I would do it different to other people. If you are really unsure just use a route planner. |

I have been to the Bridgewater Hall on a number of occaisions with Lettie. It is a very classy & well designed venue.
My question is... what night of the week are you planning to go? |

If you're travelling from Accy, get the X40 or X41 bus from outside LLoyds Chemist,on Peel St. It terminates on Chorlton St. only 5 minutes walk from the Bridgewater Hall. The last bus back on Friday and Saturday night is at 22:50pm from the side of Yates' Wine Lodge on Portland St. It will only cost you 5 quid for a return ticket. it will cost you more than that just to park up. The beauty of the bus is, you can have lots of lovely beer before the show. :D take a look at this |

im in two minds now its just if it is late then i will be stuck there. how much is parking from 6pm til 11pm or there abouts?

Re: The bridgewater hall - manchester
It depends where you park. If you use the NCP car parks it will cost you an arm and a leg. If you go to the tiny (often driven past) car park opposite the Ox pub (near the Museum of Science and Industry) it will cost you a couple of quid and is 5 minutes walk from Bridgewater.
