Heres a link to the new waterside development, in case any of you thrusting young executives fancy relocating
The Waterside Accrington development |
Re: Exciting New Development
I wonder how much they cost to buy:confused:
Oops, just noticed price list on link lol! |
Re: Exciting New Development
Too expensive for my pocket. That and I thought when I was down that it was going to be more office space.

Re: Exciting New Development
£90k to £143k dependent on floor, spec and bathroom. Indoor carpark £7.5k outdoor £5k. Now who in Accy can afford this then?

Re: Exciting New Development
No prices listed for 6th floor, offers invited
|
Re: Exciting New Development
You have to down load the price list.
Out and About tells you all about the Ribble Valley and the Trough of Bowland, not Accy! Strange that. Be nice to see more pics of the show flats. Sounds quite nice, but not an area I'd like to live in. |

Re: Exciting New Development
The irony is that the view even from the penthouse flats are not exactly awe inspiring are they. Who in their right mind would buy off plan without visiting it are either wrong in the head or more money than sense.

Re: Exciting New Development
The photograph in the Observer looked very impressive, though I don't know if it had been airbrushed to make it look more picturesque.
Sorry for those who haven't seen it, as the photo isn't on the website. There is a suprising lack of photographs on the actual development's site. That's all there usually is. |
Re: Exciting New Development
When I last spied it it was just a steel frame and that was at the beginning of the month. Dont think it is worth the cost for a pad there considering it reminded me of the building of the Asda back in the 80's.
