..............The household waste recycling centres at Whinney Hill and Great Harwood are closed on 25th and 26th December and 1st January. Otherwise the centres are open 8am to 7pm.;)

What !! No collections on Christmas Day. If they aren't providing council services should we not get a one day refund of council tax ? :rolleyes::D
