You wouldn't be breaking the law, recording a kids sports event.....still can't use the equipment though.

In the same way that sick stuff should be banned from Second Life, but the rest of people should be able to use it still.

Youtube works in the same way, with 10hours of video uploaded every minute it's impossible for them to monitor everything, but as soon as stuff is reported it's removed.
