If people want proof to why Accrington contains scum... look at the smashed windows on the new Acorn medical centre on Blackburn road. It truly is disgusting

didnt take long did it before another building is a target for the scumbags! should go round and smash thier windows *thinking they proberly already have smashed windows with tape holding them togther*
