That point is irrelevant Jaysay, just some people do not appear to have had the chance .. 10% of 40,000 (?) is better than 10% of 15,000 (?). Figures just a guess.

They just called me for the story, and you were next on the list, as well as others who are livid they never got to have their say on the biggest proposed change in local government since 1974.

Call me old fashioned, but I was brought up to believe that if a job's worth doing, it's worth doing well. Otherwise it's just a waste of resources, ie: time, and in this case time and money, with the end result being pointless, because the information received is flawed because not everyone's opinion seems to count.

BTW .. just asked another neighbour if they got the form .. definite No, No. A top accountant who would definitely have looked carefully at his mail.
