It is a private company. The shareholders are the council. It has to run exactly the same as any other private company. In otherwords what they get over the counter is what they have to work with. They dont get any cash from the council.

Rossendale Transport gets £500,000 worth of subsidy from the council. Hyndburn council subsidises by £90,000. :confused:
