Apart from the naffest headline I've seen in a newspaper for a while, can somebody from Clayton please tell me it's not that boring that this sort of thing is the highlight of your social scene :D

n its such a shame clayton was tops back in 60s, like many places its dead but won't lie down.:D;)

thats quite exciting for here :D.. the best headline I ever read in the observer was -
'empty house broken into - theives leave empty handed' :D:D:D
needless to say that story was a short one :rolleyes:

still makes me chuckle to this day..

Ok you !! So what exciting social life do you live up Fern Gore way then ?!! :p
Proud that people down here care about a cat getting stuck up a tree.
Don't have much in the way of decent pubs, great take-aways, have a lovely park, decent schools and crime rate not all that high really.

Maybe boring to others, but you can always go up your way then for excitement, can we ?

I filmed the whole exciting spectacle and will be selling the DVD just so claytoners can watch it over and over again.

Actually, did ask my grandaughter this weekend what it was as opposed to a CD ... LOL. So !! wanna' make summat of it ! Anyway, to count your toes only need to do one foot (knowing in my Clayton head that there are the same on each foot) ... so start at the little toe to big one, count big one going back and .. hey .. 11 toes ... :p

Im with you Katex,theres nothing wrong with Clayton!
I have lived here nearly 3 years and have made some great friends and surprise surprise had some really good nights out !!!!
I work in the local co-op and can say 95% of the claytoners that come in are really good people.
