pubs dont have atmospheres anymore but their smoking areas do coz thats where almost everyone is stood smoker or not lol

As or this, there is PLENTY of atmosphere in pubs in Lancaster, I think the downfall of pubs in many places is chains doing £1 a pint nights. We don't have that in Lancaster but my god we have a good amount of the real ale and my am I a happy lass to have plenty of it to drink!

So Nortype has brazenly broken the law and is now openly boasting about it. Whatever next? Will we have the local drug dealers on here telling us where and for how much their products can be obtained? Or the local burglars advertising laptops, flatscreens and the like at knockdown prices? This is the thin end of the wedge, believe me!

I had the same initial thought as tealeaf...

i hate the smoking ban in pubs, but its the law end of, if ya look at this deeper its like i have said fer years, there is NO deterant to lawbreakers these days, so therefore any clown can think sod it.:rolleyes:
