Re: Any Ideas on Repointing Costs?

I once got a quote - over 15 years ago - it was going to be £500 for a simple terrace front.
1K foir the side.

Never bothered.
Now Elevate have done it for the people living in the house now.

Have been in touch with Mick, and he will do the job for £300, so am going to get him to do it, but will wait now till after the Summer when me Roses have finished flowering. He's done work for quite a few people around me, and seems a decent fella! Thanks for the contact Dave.:)

Well you have lost me there.I don't get the relevant connection between Roses and pointing.

But Mick is by all accounts a reasonable bloke.

Because no matter how tidy a worker he is, taking out all the old pointing is bound to make a mess of my Garden and my Roses are all about to come into flower and will do throughout the Summer so i'm waiting till they've finished flowering now before i have the work done!
