Was this magistrate right or wrong calling these lads scum for desecrating Blackburn Cathedral. To me it should be Christine Dean that's looking for a fresh job, never mind this chap being removed as chairman of the bench.

The magistrate was right, the teenagers are scum, and so is the court clerk, Christine Dean, for objecting to the term, and for encouraging the boy's mother to make an offical complaint.

It's half-wits like this woman who allow scum to do, and get away with, whatever they want.

Sack her.

spot on, this is how criminals come to have more rights than honest decent folk,its all very well certain people saying "Tough on Crime" but while people like her can do this, its just "Meaningless Words":( she has no concept at all in my opinion of what ordinary decent people think.:rolleyes:

The boys' parents are scum as well, for taking Christine Dean's advice to make an offical complaint.

Most decent parents would have been horrified and ashamed of what their offspring have done, and would have wanted to give them both a thick ear, not make a fuss, when someone had the bottle to say what they actually are....scum.

It's made all the national papers too.

Jolly well done Ms. Dean, champion of scum.

Oh for God's sake.

It makes you want to bang your head against a brick wall.

They were illegal immigrants, convicted of committing violent crimes in this country.

Of course they should be securely help in prison until they are deported.

But no.

They wil be allowed to remain here, and receive tens of thousands of pounds in compensation.

One day there'll eventually be a revolution, by decent people, sick and tired of the scum always coming out smelling of roses, facilitated by 'do-gooding' morons.

This Court Clerk should feel ashamed of her actions...and be reprimanded herself!

They are scum...whats wrong in tellin em so!...No doubt now the Scum will get a pay out because their feelings have been upset...this world gets more pathetic by the day!
