The toilet closures haven't effected them either, they don't mind sitting in a wet patch.

I have sent a suggestion to Wetherspoons Facebook group for the Regency as a Wetherspoons pub. Accrington needs a wetherspoons pub.

On the subject of the closure of the toilets on Peel Street, I didn't know the law had been changed to allow urinating in public which will happen if HBC don't reverse this.

Surely it should be kept open for bus drivers to take comfort breaks.

Will happen ? They already do. Was talking to the cafe on Peel St today, people have started using the alley round the back as a public toilet and it's not just urinating :eek:

Mind you if the council leader can crap on everybody then surely his citizens can do it where they want :mad:

HBC won't be happy till every shop in Accrrington has shut, given the size of Accrington that won't be very long.

I hope he does remain as Leader of the Council, after the May elections.

If he lost control, he'd have more time on his hands, and would probably take a more active role on Accy Web.

He might decide to become a moderator, which would put a spanner in the works, for all of you who are vile and vicious to him on here.
