Don't it make you feel good to be British

Thugs Daniel Chrapkowski and Thomas Lane celebrate wildly outside court after escaping jail | Mail Online

Don't this just make you feel good to be British, do these judges live in the real world, these two thugs put an innocent chap in hospital for a month and the judge spares them jail because they said they were sorry, ya it looked like they were sorry, its time these judges were brought down to earth:mad::mad:

A complete travesty of justice - hope someone brings the article to the judge's notice and that he learns from his mistake.

Quite right, justice seen to be done, a person going about his legitimate mindless vandalism doesn't deserve a custodial sentence.
Now maybe the nosey parker that chastised him will think twice before interfering in something that is none of his concern.

Yeah right,
What the hey?
Hasn't our society had enough of this easy going sentencing of thugs?
How come we would rather lock up a pensioner over a Council Tax dispute than put justice where it belongs?

That guy if there is any justice should be taken back to court, his sentence increased to the maximum, then when he gets out of prison become a slave for life of his law abiding victim.

As for the Judge...

Much more worrying is the fact that a Lithuanian, who had been convicted of child rape in his own country, and was allowed free entry to the UK. Where he later beat and then raped a woman....he filmed the rape too.....then he pleaded not guilty so that the woman had to relive her ordeal, and be humiliated by this man yet again.

The Judge, Lady Justice Hallett posed the question 'Do we let anyone in'....she was told that he had right of entry since Lithuania joined the EU........He is currently serving a life sentence here, with no possibility of parole for 7 years. This poses a further question WHY????? Why does he have to serve his entence in this country.....? Why should we pay our taxes to keep this inhuman scum in comfort. ?
Should he not have been packed off to a jail in Lithuania where I am sure the jails are much less hospitable?

The case of the men who assaulted the photographer(the case which Jaysay highlighted) was fuelled by alcohol....and while this does in no way excuse these men of the offence, it was not premeditated in the way that the rape case was.
Justice in this country is a joke...except no-one(especially not the victims) is laughing.

I think i would be paying those chaps a visit on a one to one basis and showing them the error of their ways.Someone has to chastise these wayward little scamps, seeing as the courts seem to either refuse/ or are unable too..Laughing outside court they should be birched or jailed for contempt, it really makes my blood boil that scum like these people seem to get away with murder (nearly literally) it is endemic of our society at the moment with crimes and bad behaviour having no consequences:confused::mad::mad:

To be honest WM its going to come to that, taking the law into our own hands, then we have the ilk who say jail is not the answer, well sorry, but if this scum are behind bars where they belong then they won't be harming anybody else and more than likely will get a good going over while they're in there too

Yeah, I'd prefer to read about this story somewhere else than the Daily Mail before I pass judgement. Any links? It wasn't in my Morning Star today.

This is rather naive of you.
Haven't you heard the words 'airbrush' and 'photoshop'?
