There may be a small number of hermaphrodites in the British population - perhaps the answer lies there with the "Other" option.

Maybe someone from Hyndburn Homes could enlighten us.
It's a simple enough question, which we know you have the answer to. What percentage of residents of Oswaldtwistle who consider themselves to be neither male or female are satisfied with the roofing repairs you carried out? And a couple of supplementaries. Is this percentage in line with your targets, and if not, what do you propose to do about it? |

Could be transgender? Although why they want to know I've no idea, other than perhaps to provide stastistics and to tick some box required to prove that they are meeting diversity targets.
