Accy Bowling alley set to re-open

finally some good news i guess for accy!!

The company that runs the burnley bowl is taking over the running of the accy one.

Yep they are advertising for staff on the Direct Gov website, i'm glad it's re-opening, i prefer the one in Accy to the one in Blackburn

That is great news actually. I didn't go as often as I would have liked (not the cheapest pastime in the world) but I did enjoy it when I did. Good news for the local economy and jobs also.

Not good for local economy .It might be for Burnley's.

Good point. What I meant was good for the local economy because it will bring jobs and that will, hopefully, mean local people spending more money locally.
Many apologies for not making myself clear on that.

Brilliant! When on a pub crawl around Accy that's where I start haha, and the Burnley one is surprisingly fun, even though the music is MEGA loud ^_^

Does anyone have the link for the job advertisement at that place? I've had a look at the Direct Gov website and can't seem to find it! I need a part time job and people don't seem to want to employ me! Haha!

How do you know it's not good for the local economy, they will pay business rates for a start and are you sure the other lives in Burnley.

I think it's great news that an empty building will be back in use

1st Bowl Accrington – Number One for Bowling is there website it opens on the 13th September it says looks like theres some really good deals on
