extradition or tried in uk?
 

BBC News - Terror suspect Babar Ahmad faces possible private trial

cant really make my mind up on this one, bit tricky

cps saying they havent enough evidence, for trial here, but US say they have, using our evidence

does this mean, we lack the courage to try them here, or that our laws are more liberal, and more likely to be acquitted?

or is it more political than that, and we are just handing over the "monster" to the pitchfork wielding cousins to placate them?
