katex its a "pre op drink for mick" he is going in blackpool victoria hospital on the 24th ...thats why its an early meet :)



next one is an unofficial one & i don't know the date yet ......alan gilmartin is coming over (home) from tasmania 1st august for 2 weeks & we are arranging to meet him in the stag one night .....not sure which yet he will ring me..so if a few more members would like to join us your all welcome .

if your not there by 8 you will have to make your own way there minibus leaves at 8 you can go in your own car and not drink or get your own taxi which will be more expencive

I dont know yet if i'm going or not but it is cheaper for me to go straight from my house to the shoulder of mutton than what it is to go down to the Stag and get in the taxi from there.

Well i always walk there and crawl back :p
i have had 3 taxis from the stag at meets and never got home in one yet
1 went wrong way headed to blackburn
1 threw me out just accross the road from the stag
1 went right passed my street.
so now i just crawl home.:rolleyes:
