Nah, Sheila's Wheels ads are great ! My daughter sings along and does the dance moves. It's either that dreadful cartoon family toothpaste ad or the Frosties ad grrreat (not).

The advert that's currently bugging the life out of me is the one before Coronation Street.It's all about eggs and the woman keeps saying words to include the word egg ie they're eggcellent,eggceptional and so on.Very annoying.

Lol I'd forgotten about that one.That one is extremely annoying.I wonder if anyone's ever watched that ad and thought 'Yes,I'll buy my windows/doors from this company.' Somebody told me that that scruffy fella comes from Burnley.They'd seen him in the town centre and a load of kids were shouting 'you buy one you get one free' at him and he didn't look very happy lol so that's some comfort:)

Mine is that for Loans.......... that stupid women on the phone while that .........(( mysterious)) Josh lad keeps shouting " mum I can't find my trainers " ........ " Mum I can't find my scooter"!!!!! If I was his mother I would give him a clip round the bloody ear'ol for being pig ignorant while I'm on the bloody phone :(

I really dislike the ads done for ASDA(?), that has the normally likeable Liza Tarbuck working the checkout.

She's whizzing the carrots over the magic eye, and remarks that she didn't think it would be so much fun or rewarding.

Liza, that's probably because you got paid in a day what a normal ASDA employee would have to work ten years for.;)

The ad that get's my goat at the moment is that one with Michael Winner(insurance ads).Opinionated prat,who, when he's proffering his views on modern day life(in reality,not on the ads) is a bit out of touch. He's made his money,had his time.Mind you as My dear old departed grandad used to say "Money for old rope!!" :)

I'm with Slinky here. The Picture Loan ads!! Theres 2, the one with he's lost his scooter and the other one where the wife is filming her husband, and he says "was that my end or yours? Well they better not cancel football" then its "its nice to have an adult conversation" she says "about Football?" Grrrrrrr!!!! soooo annoying!

Harry is scared of the Volvic Water ad. The one with the Dinosaur and the Volcano talking. Its like car crash TV for him he backs away scared, but he cant take his eyes off it.

I'm glad I'm not the only one finds that advert so irritating. It's made even worse having to put up with the soaps as well. My nomitation for the most annoying advert has to be the Insurance one with Michael Winner. So want to smack that guy.

One ad that makes me laugh is for Werthers Originals - the one with the little lad bragging about the cool stuff his mates got, it finishes with the lad saying that his mates dad is more of a virtual dad and then to his own dad, 'not like you - can't get rid of you'.

Thankfully John, No....he is so technophobic it is untrue........anything that connects to the electricity supply, other than a halogen heater,a fridge(or stuff of that ilk) has to be dealt with by yours truly.
He has a dislike of instructions...never ever follows them(and wonders why things don't work for him).
If I hear the loud impassioned call.....Maaaaargaret, I know he has loused up the TV settings.........and he is sat there muttering under his breath 'it shouldn't happen'....to which I am inclined to reply 'what do you mean, mental inadequates being given the full charge of a remote control?'
He thinks the TV should just have on/off buttons and something to change channel........I have suggested that he returns to the seventies where there were only a few TV channels.......that he gets rid of Sky TV and this will save us a wad of money each month....and that if he can't stomach any of these things then he should either learn to operate the technology, or shut up.
God help him if I pop my clogs first.

There's an ad that is doing the rounds again, used to get my goat the first time they used, the one where the kid is running all over the house jumping on chairs and the settee screaming at the top of is voice, then his dad finds his glasses smashed, its not specsavers its another firm, but it really gets me going, the little brat
