Oh I got a book of irish recipes from ossy mills today and its got a recipe for irish roast rabbit, thought it might be nice to cook for my mum for christmas. what meat are they like?

They taste like game I suppose, I've tried Phesant before and Grouse many years back.....strong tasting chicken is all I can think of to describe all three...dint like any of them. Perhaps the new cook book will make them taste more appealing. :)

well done for staying on the topic but still managing to change it completely, if that makes sense, started off with lucky rabbits and ended up with really unlucky rabbits

why are white rabbits lucky? i know a rabbits foot can be lucky but then thats another unlucky rabbit :p
