I am fast comeing to the conclusion that most people on accyweb are rather strange.
I add salt to my cookin but dont add any extra. I add a tiny bit of salt if i do have a boild egg and on lettuce n tomato.

Anne.....you dont know what you are missing.
My favourite treat is Whelks from a seafood stall with plenty of salt, pepper and vinegar or cockles embelished with the same.
Raw tripe, Honeycome is also my favourite....salt, pepper and vineger.
I'm in heaven

Fresh ground black pepper is better than the white variety.

Try Philly cheese on crackers, topped with strawberries and a sprinkle of black pepper. mmm:D

Mick 13-06-2008 05:19

Re: Tea time conversation

I only use fresh ground black pepper or fresh ground sea salt.
both are in mills and is really nice for seasoning food.

derekgas 13-06-2008 07:19

Re: Tea time conversation

Was going to say, not just any salt and pepper, sea salt and black pepper, especially on eggs, or corned beef hash!

Dont do pepper......... and only use salt in cooking, never add it afterwards
