getting upset over stupid things

For the last week i've done nothing but cry, over stupid little things, i dont know why i'm crying, but anything at all seems to set me off.
Just been texting a male friend of mine who i havent spoke to for over a month, and i started crying because i was talking to him again, i dont know if this has anything to do with my thyroid test being a bit low or its my anti-depressants not working, might just be my hormones (pcos) but i wish i wasnt like this, its driving me mad

anyone else every just sat and cried for nothing?

Flashy have you ever looked at the possiblility of adrenal exhaustion - ?
it has very similar symptoms to depression.

here you go - it can be related to the low function of the thyroid - think you have to have a pretty open minded doctor .

Adrenal Fatigue / Adrenal Exhaustion
