tomtom problem

my friends wife has a tomtom go 300 and has aquired celebrity voices for it but i am having trouble getting one of them to work on her tomtom

all of the celebrity voices are working but the princess diana voice only says " floor it , i think we can loose them " then crashes

does anyone esle use celebrity voices on their tomtom and have experience of this problem ?

Apparently the Thelma and Louise voices have the same problem.

Also everytime it tells you to turn left the voice says 'Isn't that right Dodi?' another voice then answers with 'How tickled I am to be asked Missus!', and tells you to turn left towards Knotty Ash.

I think there must be a manufacturing fault.

i tried the mark bolan voice and it kept directing me to the nearest oak tree , i also tried teh doc brown voice but due to speed cameras i couldnt acheive the 78mph required to get me to 1956
