Well bless, good for you, I and plenty of others I suspect find him bloody annoying...

...Which is what he's trying and succeeding to be.

No, Less, I'm not defending the newbie. I'm just saying some of his posts are comical.

Michael, you must have quite a unique sense of humour.
Personally, I would laugh more if I stubbed my toe on the drawers.
Anyway...whatever floats your boat. it wouldn't be good for us all to find the same things funny.

Comical? The guy doesn't know comedy, all he is is, attack, attack, attack.
How long could the site survive if everyone was like. Him?

Is it comedy, or has he lost the plot?

Maybe a bit of both.

I read his stuff, never with wrath, always with the thought, this guy has never had friends to learn humour from.
That's why he's always so nasty.
Humour surely is the sharing of times we laugh at friends, we laugh when friends laugh at us, but mainly because we had the sense to make friends with people before putting them down.

I have had friends because of that I can post Threads where I am the stupid one.
Take a look in the whole section of anything goes, the amount of threads I Start where I put forward a stupid idea.
Could he live with folk laughing at such an idea?

I doubt it, always someone else the butt of his laugh.

OK, point taken, although I wasn't saying I found all of his posts to be amusing. As to my always taking the part of newbies, I wasn't aware that I did. Remember Kenny and his common law thread?

Link Please?

Seriously though, do you not think I might find it humorous?

I just find it childishly pathetic as well.

I find this person, not exactly offensive, but disconcerting, in the way he presumes things about me...like the comment on speed dating...while it might have been a joke......I don't think he knows me well enough to make those kind of assumptions about me.

Even on an internet forum I think you have to build some kind of rapport with people before you start making this kind of comment...or am I being too'precious' here.

Maybe it is the condescending way he talked down to us when he came on the forum.
Anyway......I don't like it.

Can we have a 'Don't like' button?
I don't feel disposed to like him just so that I can 'unlike' him(is there such a word as unlike?)

You don't deserve a dislike button, you wouldn't press it anyway.

So, let me say it Dthep47, you're an

No smiles, because You are,

There, I feel better now, of course if the mods ignore their duty this post same as this thread will still be here tomorrow.

Will I?

Less........I think I could make an exception in his case.
What I really want to say to him is 'just because you've got one doesn't mean you can act like one'............I will let you imagine what the 'one' is...shouldn't take too much guesswork.

Exactly the reason why a dislike button wouldn't work in your hands.:D

I don't have a computer, only a smart phone, so I don't know how to post links. You might remember Kenny finished up pretty annoyed with me, calling me the 1984 guy, amongst other things. You made a comment about it at the time. I've been called worse in my job over the years, so I've developed a thick skin.

Please, don't worry about it, it's in the past.

We need to take the site into the future.

Without having to argue pathetic people into the ground.

Margaret use the ingore button, if can't see the idiots posts you won't get upset by them, if every one did that he would soon fade away.
