Re: Wandering off thread
Michael, you must have quite a unique sense of humour.
Personally, I would laugh more if I stubbed my toe on the drawers. Anyway...whatever floats your boat. it wouldn't be good for us all to find the same things funny. |

That's why he's always so nasty. Humour surely is the sharing of times we laugh at friends, we laugh when friends laugh at us, but mainly because we had the sense to make friends with people before putting them down. I have had friends because of that I can post Threads where I am the stupid one. Take a look in the whole section of anything goes, the amount of threads I Start where I put forward a stupid idea. Could he live with folk laughing at such an idea? I doubt it, always someone else the butt of his laugh. |
Re: Wandering off thread
OK, point taken, although I wasn't saying I found all of his posts to be amusing. As to my always taking the part of newbies, I wasn't aware that I did. Remember Kenny and his common law thread?

Seriously though, do you not think I might find it humorous? I just find it childishly pathetic as well. |
Re: Wandering off thread
I find this person, not exactly offensive, but disconcerting, in the way he presumes things about me...like the comment on speed dating...while it might have been a joke......I don't think he knows me well enough to make those kind of assumptions about me.
Even on an internet forum I think you have to build some kind of rapport with people before you start making this kind of comment...or am I being too'precious' here. Maybe it is the condescending way he talked down to us when he came on the forum. Anyway......I don't like it. Can we have a 'Don't like' button? I don't feel disposed to like him just so that I can 'unlike' him(is there such a word as unlike?) |

So, let me say it Dthep47, you're an No smiles, because You are, There, I feel better now, of course if the mods ignore their duty this post same as this thread will still be here tomorrow. Will I? |
Re: Wandering off thread
Less........I think I could make an exception in his case.
What I really want to say to him is 'just because you've got one doesn't mean you can act like one'............I will let you imagine what the 'one' is...shouldn't take too much guesswork. |

Re: Wandering off thread
Margaret use the ingore button, if can't see the idiots posts you won't get upset by them, if every one did that he would soon fade away.
