Doner kebab man

BBC News - Doner kebab 'inventor' Kadir Nurman dies in Berlin

And at those pearly gates he has some answering to do..

a) why is it only enjoyable after a skinful or microwaved for breakfast?
b) why raw cabbage?
c) why the god awful lingering smell?
d) why did you single handedly kill chicken in a basket and steak canadians(sp)?

and...

e) why am I sat here waiting for a king size mixed grill with garlic sauce?

Depends how freshly cooked it is, I suppose. But donnor kebab is like black puddings and haggis... if you know how and what they are made of you wouldn't want to eat it.
