[WANTED] Odd Job Person

Can anyone recommend a good odd job person/painter who's available at short notice to paint the barge boards, stone lintels and sash windows at the front of our house?

The house is an old victorian one and the barge boards are very high so would need a triple ladder and a head for heights!! :D
