Thats a milk float look at the size of the wheels, why is she stood up, the one behind looks like Bunny Barnes's little cart.

Rubbish. If that was a milk float the bottom of the float would only be a foot or so above the road.

Look at the picture again, there are not supposed to be any straight lines in nature, and that is a straight line with what looks like an archway. If thats a wagon its a dammed big one from that perspective.

Of course it's a big one. It's carrying some big bulky stuff, overhanging each side and its covered with a tarpaulin, or in waggoners parlence, a 'tilt'. And look closely at the line above your "Arch" - it's not horizontally straight - it undulates.
