Taken Monday 16th Feb -- how long before the first occupant moves in ? -- Is this worthy of a guessing game ? If so how can our guesses be recorded ? Over to you Roy.

Would a quid per guess make it more attractive ? I will act as Treasurer.

You're on Bert....

Here's a quid. My guess is that first occupant will move in 1st October 2004.

For a second bet, whats the odds that the centre of this new little estate will have a clock in the middle that opens up on the hour and plays "Rock Round The Clock...?"

Here's my quid! My guess is 1st December 2004. The houses will be up, there will be no street name signs, the roads in and out will be uneven and not tarmacked and some of the early residents will be pregnant. I will find it impossible to find them with no street signs, and my car will be filthy from driving round the unsurfaced road during the winter months, which has happened on every single housing estate they have put up in Hyndburn in the last 8 years. Sefton Farm in Clayton being a nightmare when it was built due to the sheer size of it and the one off Harwood lane wasn't much better.

Come on all you silent members -- have a go- am not going to the trouble of collecting just a few quid.

My guess, september 18th.
