Don't think the res is low because of the lack of rain. Think they drained it a while back....I've looked for a giant plug but hav'nt found one!!!

well that would explain the seriously empty space where the water used to be .....i just thought that as cleanliness is next to godliness I was looking over at a new holy city as I desended back into town :D
