I hope you like it.
Framed with Photoscape.

Not at all! Lovely and very clever too -Sue told me about photoscape and I had a look the other day quickly -will have to spend some more time on it! Presume that's how you did your purple pillar box too -psychedelic! I also like photographing old post boxes -my favourite is the Victorian one in Howtown which I've taken a few times over the years...another fixation of mine. The one in Dacre is Georgian:o:rolleyes:

Oops have posted the same photo twice and don't know how to remove it!

no...it isn't me who is clever it is the program.......
As for removing a photo you have posted twice...you may be able to do it...go back into Advanced mode and it will list the pics under Manage Attachements.......and you should be able to Browse your files too...there should be a remove option...unless of course you have run out of edit time.

Failing that try asking a friendly neighbourhood Moderator...they will usually oblige.

Yes I have BT Internet . I didn't know that I could have a free flickr account. Thanks for that Margaret.I'm soon going on infinity.

Flickr is fee to anyone, but if you want to load lots of photo's and keep them on the site you have to have a PRO account, which all BT customers get...but which is withdrawn if you move service providers

Put it down to the inertia of the thread, we will stick to the 10 per day, but I don't think threatening to close the thread will be a popular move, and I for one, start with this thread, and if it wasn't here I would no longer be on Accy Web.

I started this thread as a way of escaping the nasty threads that were posted elsewhere on this site. I don't think removing the good stuff and leaving the venomous stuff is the answer, so there you have it, I bounce the ball back to you.

Ha .. get your point. Leaves definitely resemble the Rosebay, however, cluster of buds, the Common Mallow.

I reckon these two have been mixing their seeds, down by the canal, and come up with a new hybrid .... :D:D

Common Mallow grows in open, dry (well drained), nutrient-rich soil, Loosestrife likes damp places, Dave actually photographed it growing in water. Mallow is altogether bushier and sturdier than loosestrife, whose flowers are much smaller than either mallow or willow herb.
