Hmm, this sounds like a tactic that is used by developers, if they get refused planning permission, sic the gippo's onto the site.
that way the locals would rather that houses were built there instead of them :D

well here goes an update for you all

on 3-1-09 there were 5 caravans parked on the said site

on 4-1-09 there were 7 caravans parked on the site

now i reported them to the police on the 3rd , who went on rode round then dissapeared.

i then reported it to the council (enviromentel health dept)

today; i moved myself from watching the tele to have my usual nosey at the chaos that

goes on when the kiddies are being picked up from school (car parking mostly)


now my eyes were drawn to the site by some flashing lights & would you believe

it ............ there were police & men in black & a black police van there & there is at

this minute only 3 caravans there ..........wow !!!


the rest have gone hurrah !!

right another bit of info for you ........the police & the owner of the site were there on saturday night ....(i missed that:eek:) & because they had broken into the site ...the posts of the gates were cemented into the ground, they were given until midnight tonight to clear off , riot van & 3 caravans still there .

I wonder if it's the same lot that were on Ellison Street the other week, there were 5 vans there for about 4 week then they got moved on after they started fighting between themselves and one of the vans getting wrecked.
