The one in that picture is not there now. Horses don't lie down like that for long periods as far as I know and that one was lying down for a few days.

They really need to get the horse off that land and clean it up so the kids can play on it again.

If it was an abandoned dog the dog warden would take it away.

I wonder why has this horse not been taken away seeing as it it causing a mess on the land?

I was talking to a lady who lives near the field last week . She said that they can't get a firm answer as to who owns the land .

She says that that someone comes and dumps the manure next to fence of the adjacent sheltered-accommodation bungalows .
