Google Desktop ?
 

Anyone out there using it and if so how good/bad is it? is it secure or a spy from google itself been reading bits about it but would like to know off more experienced users found this site http://www.oreillynet.com/pub/a/netw...e_desktop.html but would like to hear your views,

I've never used it to be honest staggers, its been on here ages now, tried it when i first installed it, and as I've never used it since i mustn't have liked it.
What do you want it for?
Oh that, just looked at that site, it indexes your computer. I find it a total pain in the arse and I've only used that feature once which didn't find what i wanted. It slows the pc down and doesnt pause when it supposed to. I keep meaning to get rid of it or dissable it.
