IE 7 on general release

You all know its not for me but it may just be for you.

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx

Get it while its hot!

(PS first bug already found  )

It will still be a lot more secure than IE6 if you still use that.

Pass me the blunt knives, I think I would rather stab myself in the eyes than use that at home.

I will try it out on my work PC ;)

Re: IE 7 on general release

IE7 is much better, has a lot of features that firefox has.

I've always been a microsoft fan though, shame on me ;-)

Re: IE 7 on general release

Had mine for a while but only use it ocassionally as I prefer Firefox and Opera. It is a vast improvement but does not suport my full BTYahoo setup yet. :(

Re: IE 7 on general release

Definetley worth installing to get rid of IE6. Its not fool proof but its a lot better. Plus as mentioned, it has taken a lead from Opera and Firefox in a lot of its functionality.

Spuggie, ,it has been mentioned that there is actualy a Yahoo branded version of it????

That only because you are old  :p

Anyway I think I will sit in the corner and be quiet, I have recently been writing some vBulletin based software for a rather large national bus/coach company.
