Right ..... this might sound another silly question .... remember blonde streaks coming through :( but .... well ....... can you add music to a screen saver?

I had an interesting 3D desktop once which had rooms you could wander through and the folders were pictures hanging on the walls, or kept inside drawers which could be opened. You could go upstairs and out onto a balcony and gaze out over the sea. It even went dark in the evenings!



It also slowed my PC up something rotten, but it was nice. :)

Tinks, only if the screensaver author gives you an option in the preferences(i.e. they have written something in that can raed whatever music you specify), most SS are already compiled code so you can't add anything to them.

Cheers chick. I knew you'd be the one to know, I should'a just pmed you :)

I have a lovely ocean type screen saver and would love a song that I have accompany it when the pc goes to screensaver mode.

Nay mind you never know unless you ask. :)

Its possible to have a trigger that fires after a period of inactivity that would start your MP3/ audio program and play it in the background.

If you REALLY want, I'll look into it for you

Cheers entwisi but it' not that important to me, it would just have been nice if there was something in your settings with the screensavers were you could upload an mp3 to it.

If you ever think there's a market for it and can make a million pound I'll be the 1st your first customer ;) :)
