Dean Windass rate him or hate him guys?

Dean Windass league1 top striker amazing on his days guys scored 20 goals last season and 28 seaso before and this season 9 so far 57 in 3 seasons so far. People knw and simply respect Windass has a player now do you guys rate him or hate him as a player?
