It could be a shrewd move signing Rooney up on a five year contract, come January it means they'll get more for him.

My guess is that he will see the season out & go in the summer!

I reckon that Torres with good support could be real class again - but he must know that he won't get that at Liverpool.

yep n sadly Chelsea n Arsenal won.:D:D:D plus rovers are now only 2 pts off 5th position, thats how crap the premier league is this season.

I disagree cashy whats the point of having a league when the top clubs run away with it every years, certainly don't want to end up like Jock land were they toss up prior to the season who's going to win it Celtic or Rangers:D
