Paulo Di Canio

Just a question:

All the furore about Mr Di Canio being a self confessed fascist, would he get the same attention from the bandwagon if he had declared himself a communist?

Re: Paulo Di Canio

The media attention might be in response to David Millibands resignation as a director, regarding something he said years ago while playing football in Italy, it now appears politics is worming its way into football now:(

Re: Paulo Di Canio

I thought Milliband was going to resign from the Sunderland Board for the same reason he has given for resigning as an MP - he is taking up a job in the USA.
It appears to me that he is seeking an alternative reason for resigning, not the fact that he has now got a much more lucrative position - how could he meet his responsibilities as a director of Sunderland and an MP when he is working and living in the USA?

Tevez has got away with driving while disqualified and without insurance banned 6 months, 250 community service, £1000 fine, wonder whether I'd have got the same treatment if it had been me, doubt it, but I'm not an high profile footballer.
