End of One Era

So the Man is going - in charge for 1500 games - a number of great teams built and then dismantled for yet another great team to be produced.:)
The most successful football manager of all time - don't forget his acheivements in Scottish football.;)
Who next? guess away - I predicted SAF would go, perhaps it is going to be Mourinho (accompanied by Ronaldo), or perhaps Moyes. There may be a surprise yet to come.:D

All is not doom and gloom from Old Trafford though;;)

Manchester United have successfully renegotiated their contract with referee Howard Webb for next season.
Sir Alex Ferguson has said, "He's on a no win, no fee basis."

The day I'm envious of any football team built only by money and over inflated ego's support by like minded people, I'll start watching international tiddlywinks:rolleyes:

Why does Dalglish's Jack Walker funded Rovers team spring to mind? You're probably right though, who'd be envious of a team that had to buy a Premier League title?:D:D:D

I've never said anything different, Rovers had the right chemistry to win the title Jack Walkers money, Dalglish's management skills and don't forget Ray Harford coaching ability, lots more have tried just throwing money at it and failed Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle for example. Only 5 teams have won the Premier league title it only became viable for Chelski and City when they became owned by big money people, but for that it would probably still be only 3 winners. I know hope Moyes has the same success over the next 11 years that he's had a Goodison:D
