A good and a bad week – La Crème managing to stay ahead of the scousers (just), but as they got dumped out of the Europa League again;) they should not be able to use tiredness as an excuse any more:rolleyes: so they will really be pushing us now. They are now a serious threat to La Crème. Mind you, beating the NN means that both sides stay within touching distance of the NN. And another fantastic strike by Coutinho.
Rooney now the only player to have scored 10 in every season, just hope VG keeps him up front – Falcoa and DM don’t seem to have adjusted to the demands of the Prremier league – maybe it will happen soon – hope springs eternal:D
Chelski must have their sights firmly set on 2 trophies now:tongueout
Burnley don’t seem able to string a run together and it doesn’t help giving an OG away, now is the time for them to string some results together – hoping they start doing that this week.:alright:
A good point for the deadwoods but 15 points or so off the play off places.
Stanley still playing like a yo-yo but a good run could soon pick up the 12 points they currently need to get into the play off places.:alright::D

Well we shouldn't really expect to finish ahead of the almost team from last season, certainly not considering all the players that the dodger has bought to strengthen his team.
Glad to hear that you escaped punishment for breaking the FPR but surprised how much you had lost over the previous two seasons - almost £100M:rolleyes:

A good game to watch, far better than yesterdays offering. A bad result for La Creme, one stupid mistake, but in other ways a good result for us. No distraction now in keeping our noses in front of the scousers - at least we have a chance to improve on last years position, whereas the scousers don't, they will have to continue their mission in the long running search for the Holy Grail next season.
Jaysaay would have enjoyed yesterday, and of course credit must go to the scousers in improving their financial status by getting a replay

No doubt Cashy, he would have a big grin on his face - here's hoping he gets an even bigger grin after the replay:)

La Creme have managed to stay in front of the scousers for at least another week, wish they would play like that every game. Certainly improved the GD, now twice what the scousers have got. NN got screwed good by the Clarets of all teams, what a great effort that was by the Clarets. Chelski did just a little better. Another good win for the deadwoods but poor old Stanley, but they were away at the top of the league.

Goal difference will not matter at all once we are in front of of you, which will happen this weekend. :D

Only 4 points off second, would be nice to repeat last year.:D

Been waiting to be overtaken for most of the season. No chance of an improvement on last season for the scousers but every chance that La Crème will have improved:tongueout
