1 Big Weekend

Just wondering if anyone has applied for tickets for Radio1 Big Weekend and had word back they have been successful or not?

I've applied but not heard anything yet, tho on the radio they are saying everyone has been informed. Know the chances of me getting tickets is slim but trying to remain hopeful! :confused:

I signed upto the mailing list when I heard it was in Preston but when the line-up was announced I quickly lost interest!

Razorlight & Scissor Sisters headlining ffs?!

I live in preston and so do my mates and none of us got tickets even though it said that a majority of the tickets will go to the people of preston!

Its a bit daft that you have to be over 14 to go and accompanied by an adult when they will only give out 2 tickets (if you can get em) so if your a 15 year old kid you will have to go with yer mum or dad! how sad is that!!!

my husband had word back sayin he didn't get them they've got 15,000.00 to give away and they said 500,000.00 has applied for them! chances are very slim HOPE YOU GET THEM GOOD LUCK!

I got a mail yesterday saying i've got two tickets but they are for saturday and my girlfriend can't make saturday. does anybody have any for sunday that they want to swap?
