Songs That Let You Down
Ever watched a song that you thought was great accompanied with a spot on video,then heard the song without video & thought it was'nt so good after all?Or maybe great video that sold a crap song?Or great song,crap video.Best one (off the top of my head & not some arty video more of a tour documentary kind of thing)that impressed was Bowies 'The Jean Genie',maybe because The Spiders From Mars were in it.Also The Verves Bitter Sweet Symphony.Cheap(though maybe not cheerful).Glasvegas,great song,video probarbly cost a tenner to make.Kylie,as much as i love her,new song average....video cost a bomb.

Just thought of one song where the video is brilliant should be viewed on mute: Fatboy Slim - Weapon of Choice. Also any Girls Aloud/Sugababes video. For other reasons. |
