Goalkeepers
 

According to the official site we have now signed on non-contract basis 18 yhear old Craig Gallagher the former Everton youth keeper. Does anyone know if we have a No. 1 Goalkeeper, and if so who he is ?

We now officialy have 4 Goalies, Alcock, Gallagher. Fearon and Harrison

If we cross Harrison off the list then we only have an injured 21 year old, an 18 year old on non-contract, and a 16 year old on non-contract. Surely we must sign a keeper on pernmanent terms, it's one of the most important positions in the team. Come back J.K.

I wouldn't go that far, but I must admit that it is a serious cause for concern.

Gallagher played in the same Everton Youth team as Anthony Barry, so that may be why he has been identified as an emergency stand-in. But Harrison has left and Danny is injured for three months, whatever the abilities of Fearon and Gallagher, we have a big problem with inexperience between the sticks and any chance of glory this season can be ended within three months. Plus, it won't get much tougher than a conference-level baptism against Exeter.

Can't believe how unlucky we have been with injuries to goalies over the past 12 months. :bangh8:

All very well finding 36 keepers in the directory, but why the hell would you want to register for this site in the first place? Couldn't be bothered as the site did not offer much of interest to me.
